Naima joined our team a year ago as a Civil Engineer. Today, she works across projects and maintenance, ensuring that the structures we rely on are safe, reliable, and long-lasting. She also coordinates CAPEX projects preparing, monitoring, and evaluating execution to keep our operations moving forward.
But her journey is about more than technical expertise. It’s about growth, leadership, and inspiring others. For Naima, success means helping people grow while continuing to grow herself.
